INTRODUCTION
The Engineering Technologists Mobility Forum (ETMF) emerged from the Sydney Accord and has been structured in a similar manner to the EMF. It was signed by participating countries in June 2003. The parties to the Agreement have agreed to commence establishing a mutual recognition scheme for Engineering Technologists.

The present Chair is provided by South Africa, Mr Terry Stidworthy, and the Secretariat provided by United Kingdom, Mr Chris Simpson.
