This Code of Conduct was approved by the ECSA Council on 10 March 2006 and has been published under the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act 46 of 2000) as Board Notice 15 in Government Gazette No. 28605 on Friday, 17 March 2006.

1997
This Code of Conduct was published under the Engineering Profession of South Africa Act, 1990 (Act 114 of 1990), which was subsequently superseded by the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000).
