PLEASE NOTE:
As ECSA receives numerous requests from applicants who hold foreign qualifications, we advise that requests for letters to Home Affairs for your Quota Work Permit can only be accepted on a Tuesday and Thursday between 10am – 12pm. If you submit a request on a Tuesday, then your letter will be ready for collection on a Thursday, during the stipulated time. If your request is received on a Thursday, then the letter will be ready for collection on the following Tuesday.

CHEQUE PAYMENT - WARNING!
Cheques posted to ECSA in the past have been intercepted and deposited fraudulently by outsiders. We suggest that you refrain from posting a cheque to ECSA. It would be safer if cheques are deposited at your local Standard Bank branch into the ECSA account, or to arrange for an electronic transfer. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) may also be made by making a quick phone call to ECSA.
