ATTENTION ALL APPLICANTS
EFFECTIVE AS OF 1 JANUARY 2011

In the past ECSA refunded the full application fee when an application was either withdrawn by the applicant or closed by the registration department due to incomplete information being submitted, and only if the application was handled administratively and not yet referred to a registration committee.
